DOR 2.105 prescribes procedures for reporting, investigating and processing grievances of alleged violations of consumers' rights in state operated facilities. Training for the new DOR will be available to all staff in state operated facilities.

The new DOR entitles clients access to a grievance process which includes appeal rights if requested. Grievance forms are available to consumers to complete if they feel their rights have been violated. The appeal process is explained in a flow chart for staff and consumers.
