The 2009 Legislative Session ended May 15, 2009.

HB 78 Lampe - Prohibits the transfer of a mental health patient from one facility to another without the consent of the patient or the patient's parent, legal guardian, or nearest known relative
HB 79 Lampe - Requires health benefit plans to include coverage for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders
