"Happiness First-All Else Follows"

An important and integral part of the Higginsville Habilitation Center is the Parents Association.  The Parents Association started in 1959 and is made up of parents, relatives, and friends of the ladies and gentlemen who reside at the center. The primary purpose is to foster happiness for everyone, thus the motto of "Happiness First-All Else Follows".  The association provides support through fund-raising and participation in activities designed to enhance and supplement the center's services. The association enriches the lives of the residence and is an important partner in the growth of the people we support.  For further information on the Parents Association please contact:
