The HHC/NWCS Staff Development Department provides training for all employees. New employees receive more than 44 hours of specialized training to meet the needs of the people we support. Advance training for all employees are provided on a regular basis. Participation in conferences and courses pertaining to our field are an integral part of each employees growth and development.
