May 15, 2008: Missouri Youth Leadership Forum Application Deadline.
The Governor's Council on Disability and the Missouri Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities are once again recruiting for the next Missouri Youth Leadership Forum (MYLF). The application and other pertinent information is now available for the 2008 MYLF on the website at: http://www.gcd.oa.mo.gov/2008ylf.shtml
This Forum is open to high school juniors and seniors with disabilities who possess leadership potential. There is no other opportunity like this in Missouri for young men and women who experience disability. Through the application process, a diverse group of students are chosen as delegates to represent their schools and communities from all areas of the state.
