Recommendation Twenty-Four Stakeholder Committee

 

As you are aware, the Missouri Mental Health Task Force submitted its findings and recommendations to Governor Matt Blunt on November 29, 2006.

Recommendation twenty-four of the report charged the Division of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities to create a committee of key stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of public-private partnerships to deliver case management services, determine eligibility, manage local wait lists, and provide and/or contract for a system of programs and services in their local areas. A final report of the committee was submitted to the Mental Health Commission and the Lieutenant Governor on May 10, 2007.
