OUR PURPOSE
The Rolla Regional Office is a State agency that provides eligibility determination, crisis intervention and service coordination to citizens of Missouri with developmental disabilities.
Our Office utilizes funds from the State of Missouri, Federal funding and local/county funds to purchase needed services for our customers.

AREA OF SERVICE
The Office's area of coverage in Central Missouri include, Camden, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Maries, Miller, Iron, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski, St. Francois, Texas and Washington counties.
Our main office is located in Rolla, Missouri (573) 368-2200. We also have satellite offices in: Camden (573) 346-6126, Osage (573) 897-2881, St. Francois (573) 218-7066, Texas (573) 674-3113 and Washington (573) 438-6792 counties.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
The primary service offered by our Office is Service Coordination. Our Service Coordinators will assist citizens with disabilities and their family to access services they want or need from an array of providers throughout our 14 county area, or from providers throughout the State, as necessary.
These services include supports/services needed in the person's own home, training in specialized settings, out-of-home services/supports or residential services.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The employees of our Office value input from our customers
regarding the quality of the services we offer. We solicit feedback
regarding our performance from our customers on an on-going basis and implement
changes in our service delivery process as needed to meet the needs and
expectations of our customers.
As a State agency, our Office also
monitors the quality of services offered by licensed/certified providers in our
14 county area. Our Office provides training to approximately 80 (eighty)
provider agencies and their staff, in the latest methods of service provision to
persons with disabilities. These training sessions/workshops are also
available to our customers and their family members.

PUBLIC EDUCATION
As advocates for persons with disabilities, members of our staff
provide "Kids On
The Block" performances for schools and organizations throughout our service
area. "Kids On The Block" are puppets utilized in learning sessions to
better understand the abilities of people with disabilities.
Our Office
has a Library with over 1,000 books, videotapes, dvd's and audio cassettes on a variety
of topics related to developmental disabilities. Anyone may use the
library by stopping by our Rolla office, or calling to request a specific
resource.
CRISIS INTERVENTION
Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday
through Friday. Crisis Intervention/Emergency services are available 24
hours a day, seven days a week by calling our Rolla office (573)
368-2200.
